We were staying two nights, great first impression and our room was great, clean and tidy with great shower. Breakfast is simple but does the work. However for whatever reason my bank account got charged twice for the same stay and I haven't been able to get a reply or any sort of explanation off the hotel ever since not to mention the refund . This is very disappointing and brings down the whole experience.

The rooms are great, if a little on the small side. Very nicely decorated and with all the facilities you might expect. The lobby and the corridors, on the other hand, are dated and smell as if construction work was going on. I'm not sure whether a renovation was in progress or not, but some work is needed for the common areas to meet the quality of the rooms. At the moment, arriving at the hotel late at night makes you wonder where on earth you've booked yourself into. It looks better in the daytime, but still makes a big contrast with the rooms.

I would give them a zero if I could. We did not have hot water through our whole stay. And they literally sent us a floor down to take showers in rooms that were not even cleaned . This went on for three days and it really felt that nobody cared that it was happening. They sent a maintenance person that said it was fixed but it wasn’t. We talked to them again and all they said was well we can send you to another room to take a shower again. I’ve never had a worse experience in a hotel in my whole life.

We recently stayed to catch a Celtics game and we’re very pleased with the hotel. Valet service was friendly and prompt. Front desk was also friendly. Lobby could use a freshening but that’s being picky. Rooms were nicely designed and in our case very clean which I really appreciated. Location was incredibly convenient to the Garden with a decent bare right next door. Will definitely use as our go to Celtics/Bruins night outs.

The location is one block from the North Station, so what an amazing location. The staff was extremely nice as well, got me checked in as early as 8am because they had a room available for me. The lobby and elevator might not be the nicest, but the room I was in was gorgeous. Clearly just renovated, sleek and elegant looking and very spacious compared to other hotels I stayed at in the area. Edit: I had to lower my rating because the shower just takes ages to get hot. I stood there for 10 minutes until it finally was warm enough to get in. Just preheat your shower I guess?

Very nice boutique hotel with modern, nicely decorated rooms. I reserved a room with two double beds. At check in I was informed they were giving me two rooms, with king beds, due to no doubles being available (At no additional charge). Perfect location if you are attending an event at TD Garden. The parking is valet only.
